Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

• a. Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Finhedge Consultancy.
• b. Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

2. Refund Policy:

• a. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• b. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for the current billing period.
• c. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@finhedgeacc.com within 7 days of the charge.

3. Termination by Finhedge Consultancy:

• a. Finhedge Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or any other violation of the terms of service.
• b. In the event of termination by Finhedge Consultancy, no refunds will be issued for any prepaid fees.

4. Partial Refunds:

• a. In cases where a partial refund is deemed appropriate, the refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of services not yet provided.

5. Changes to Services:

• a. Finhedge Consultancy reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance, and refunds for prepaid services will be provided on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused period.

6. Communication of Cancellation:

• a. Cancellation notices should be sent to accounts@finhedgeacc.com
• b. Finhedge Consultancy is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure of the client to receive the cancellation notice if it was sent to the correct email address provided by the client.

7. Refund Processing:

• a. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.
• b. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
